Belron has a rich history and family values. How we do business today, our ethics and our spirit can be traced back to those values established many years ago in South Africa where we began. We are very clear about why we do what we do - we solve people’s problems with real care. A job in Surrey at

We believe that Belron is a very special place to work and our culture can be described with the four characteristics of Caring, Driven, Collaborative and Genuine; these contribute to the Spirit of Belron and the way we deal with both our Customers and People on a daily basis.

Life at Belron is about so much more than doing a job just the nine to five. It's about a community of people that enjoy what they do and the positive special culture we've created.

We are really proud of our grounds in our Head Office which are home to a beehive, bird boxes and a bug hotel. We also have a vegetable garden that supplies our restaurant.

We constantly seek to reduce our impact on the environment through recycling and energy conservation.

We love gadgets, and every employee is offered a choice of Fitbits as part of our wellbeing programme.

We try to make things easy and have Apple TV in most meeting rooms so you can airplay content from your Mac or iDevice.

Drive with Belron® - our startup accelerator - is back for a second year
27 Jan 2017

"I'm really excited to be running Drive With Belron, our startup accelerator for a second year. We're offering startups the opportunity to trial their products in our global business in return for a chance to win £200,000 investment.

We're looking to hear from disruptive young businesses with a product or solution that can help us improve: customer conversion; the service we provide our 11 million customers; capability and engagement of our 25,600 people; the way we support our insurance partners; and digital problem solving.

We’re offering a 10-week programme with a chance to trial products or solutions in one of our businesses in Europe, Canada or the US. These will be sponsored visits and startups will have the support of mentors - both entrepreneurs and our in-house experts. If successful in our programme, then there’s an investment fund of up to £200,000. Microsoft are also offering free cloud services and a chance to connect into their ecosystem.

Startups interested in taking part need to apply soon - the deadline for applications is the 29th January. Find out more about our programme in the video below and on our dedictated Drive With Belron website: https://goo.gl/yWBllu "

Christmas at Belron International
29 Dec 2016

Belron International enjoyed a fun-filled December, with a series of ‘Christmas games’ in the run up to our fantastic Christmas party, held at Mercedes Benz world. From twerking ping pong balls to building plastic cup towers, our Christmas games produced much hilarity and got everyone well and truly into the party mood. On the day of our party, our infamous drinks trolley did the rounds, before the start of our glamorous black and white ball. The fun continued all evening: from racing simulators and a photo booth, to musical chairs and our legendary mannequin challenge (watch the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lDz0idD1aiE)

We also helped raise money for Save the Children by taking part in their Christmas jumper day. We supported our local charity partner, White Lodge Centre, through our Christmas raffle and by giving gifts to children at its nursery. To top it all off, we enjoyed a delicious Christmas lunch, cooked by the amazing team in our Glashouse restaurant at Milton Park.
