“Fake grass, picnic benches, table tennis and red telephone boxes - working at fruit towers reminds us of a fun-filled summer’s day but without the wasps. A true friendship culture, innocent is a pioneer in awesome places to work.”

We started innocent in 1999 after selling our smoothies at a music festival. A job in London at
													 Innocent Drinks

We put up a big sign asking people if they thought we should give up our jobs to make smoothies, and put a bin saying 'Yes' and a bin saying 'No" in front of the stall. Then we got people to vote with their empties. At the end of the weekend, the 'Yes' bin was full, so we resigned from our jobs the next day and got cracking. A job in London at
													 Innocent Drinks

Since we started we’ve started making veg pots, juices and kids’ drinks, in our quest to make natural, delicious, healthy foods that help people live well and die old. When we're all old and grey and sitting in our rocking chairs, we want to be able to look back and be really proud of the business we all helped to create.

We think the best way of achieving this is by living the values that are closest to our hearts. We want to create a business we can be proud of. So to make this happen, we need brilliant people who inspire and deliver change all around them. That's why we're always looking for talented, ambitious and altruistic folks to come and join us.

We think it's a great place to work and are lucky enough to have been nominated for a few awards to that effect. We've also won a few too, including the Times 100 Best Companies to Work For award, which sits proudly on our mantelpiece.
