“Not only do they have great perks, including a cycle to work scheme, shared parental leave and half price gym membership, but they have helped to raise over $4bn for charities in the last 15 years. Which is pretty neat. 'Just give' them a follow today.”

QWhat can new starters expect in their first week?
We appreciate it can be a little daunting in your early days, so we have a buddy system which pairs you with a colleague from outside of your immediate team. They'll take you to lunch, run you through our sports and social programme, show you where the coffee and cereals live and introduce you to all the other features and benefits available to you as a JG'r in this awesome building

You'll receive you Mac or Laptop (whichever you opted for) and be given a an introduction to all the tech and tools you'll require to be able to perform your role

On top of this, and most importantly, you'll be made to feel welcome. At JustGiving you are part of the team from day one
QWhat 3 interview hacks do you have for candidates?
1 - come prepared to discuss what 'I' did as well as what 'we' did. Here at JG we believe in autonomy, taking responsibility and helping to drive things forward as part of a team and the wider business

2 - do your research and come prepared to ask questions. We want you to have an interest in and suggestions for how we can continue to 'ensure no good cause goes unfunded'

3 - Be yourself. We are a diverse, creative bunch and we want to know who you are as well as what you can do
QDescribe a recent company-wide social event
In November we hold our annual JustGiving awards. Members of staff are invited to consider nominations from the public for various award categories including 'Endurance Fundraiser', 'Creative Fundraiser', 'Young Fundraiser' and 'Celebrity Fundraiser'.

We host an awards presentation dinner where finalists, partner charities and sponsors are invited to a high-profile prize-giving to recognise the great altruistic works done by our community.

It is both humbling and hugely rewarding to meet both the protagonists and beneficiaries of fundraising initiatives, helping to remind us here at JustGiving what we come to work for each day.
