Innovation is our lodestar. So we’ve worked hard over the years to avoid getting so caught up in the operations of a large business that we’ve forgotten how to collaborate, create and play (you know the story). In many ways, despite our size and accomplishments, the energy levels here at Squiz make it feel like we’re still a start-up: we like it that way.

The other thing you’ll notice is that Squiz really is an open door office. We’re not just talking office layout (although yes, we are open plan): we’re talking completely open access, support and collaboration across all levels of the business. We strive for – and think we achieve – a truly hands-on environment where everyone gets involved and feels comfortable sharing their point of view, asking for advice, or giving it – regardless of their job description.
