Charlie and the team spent three months working from the lobbies of London hotels*, interviewing guests and hotel staff. They got to learn first hand the pains and angst created by the multiple open tabs and how the resulting confusion distorts the industry.

We’re fighting back by building a suite of digital tools to improve transparency and help build the relationships between hotels and guests.
