TalentRocket Towers Have Moved!
10 Aug 2016
That's right, you may have noticed that the photos on our TalentRocket page have changed... that's because our offices have!

After a fantastic year in Tobacco Dock, being part of Mass Challenge, we are delighted to inform you that we have moved to sunny Bermondsey.

Our new offices are in the Leather Market, as part of Club Workspace- equidistant from Borough and London Bridge tube stations.

In this new shared office space, there a coffee truck outside, borough market is a stone's throw away, and every Tuesday we go to the farmers market at London Bridge.

Oh yeah, and there are hammocks (yes, plural), in the new place.

Be sure to scroll up check out the photos of where TalentRocket now calls home :)

Look Who’s Coming To Our Company Culture Campfire!
1 Jun 2016

The countdown has started to our first ever industry event, held at Huckletree, Shoreditch on June 16th. The Company Culture Campfire will be an evening of storytelling, networking, and exploring all facets of, you guessed it… company culture.

From scaling culture, to building one with a remote working team, via sociocracies, cultural ambassador programmes and parental leave, the CCC will bring together many of the key aspects of that make up the pillars of company culture.

QWhat’s the best thing about your culture I can't see from your TalentRocket page?
A
Our co-founder Mark's relentless sarcasm...
QWhat 3 interview hacks do you have for candidates?
A
1. Be prepared to talk about a recent side hustle - A side hustle is different from a side project in that it has a specific purpose and it should take you to the outer limits of your comfort zone. It demonstrates passion, drive and hunger.

2. Ask yourself if you REALLY want to work here - Seriously, if it's not your absolute dream to either work in an early stage startup, or solve the problems we're solving then go do what is really going to make you happy.

3. Dress how you would want to dress - who you are as a human being is way more important to us than who you are as an employee and as such we don't have a dress code at TalentRocket Towers. If you prefer to wear a suit to work then wear a suit to your interview, if you prefer to wear skinny jeans and a t-shirt then wear that.
QDescribe a recent company-wide social event
A
We recently moved offices and had a leaving party with some other MassChallenge startups at our old offices Tobacco Dock. It mainly involved drinking leftover craft ale from our Culture Campfire event and playing semi-competitive Table Foosball. It was also the last day for 2 of our star summer interns so it was great to say goodbye with drinks. :)
